This spectacular oceanfront condominium, in the highly desirable, Rainbow Rock community, has one-of-a kind panoramic views of the ever changing whitewater of the Pacific Ocean. The gated community boasts a private beach with a fully landscaped flowering path to the secluded beach below or take a walk through the lush fern rainforest  that welcomes visitors to the notable Oregon Coast Trail. 

 

Enjoy the spacious two bedroom, two bathroom, third floor walk up unit in the "B" building which features vaulted ceilings, bright hallway with skylight and full size washer and dryer. The large master bedroom highlights a comfortable king size bed with luxurious linens, television, walk in closet, ensuite bath, and a mix of new and antique furniture. The second bedroom has a queen size bed that continues the same design aesthetic. Crisp, fresh white bed and bath linens are included in your stay. The vaulted living room is uncluttered and homey with a 55 inch HD smart TV with Dish, Netflix, Youtube, and Amazon Prime channels. From the large picture window, dining room sliding doors or the glass railed deck, enjoy views of the ever changing ocean below and the panoramic views including the California coastal range to the distant south.  The dining room seats four for dinner or for playing games from our supply of favorites. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals including pots, pans, microwave, coffee maker, mixer, and dishwasher or, if you prefer, you can always grill out on the deck. 

 

 

Rules and Rental Policies

                                                                                                           

  • No smoking of any kind in the condo, on the deck, in the stairwells or in front of the buildings. This includes vaping, cigars, or alternatives.  

  • You must be 25 years of age to rent this home.

  • Pets are not allowed in the unit or on the premises per our HOA rules.

  • Observance of our community's quiet hours which are from 10pm to 8 am.  This includes noise in the unit, stairwell and parking lot. Also avoid running appliances during this time.

  • Maximum occupancy is 4 people.

  • Only those guests specified on the Rental Agreement are permitted to stay overnight.  No parties or events.

  • Minors under 18 can only stay with a parent/legal guardian and must never be left at the property unsupervised.

  • Parking is limited to one vehicle.  Park in designated parking areas only.  No boats, trailers or RV's are allowed.

  • We have a 2 night minimum stay requirement.

  • Check in is after 4 p.m. and Check out is before 11a.m.  

  • Guests must keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

  • Our complex is on a well and septic system. The septic system is very effective, however it will clog if proper  materials are flushed.  For this and environmental reasons, do not flush anything other then toilet paper.

  • No feminine products or baby wipes should be flushed at any time.

  • Due to liability and the potential for smoke damage, the fireplace is not for guest use.

  • In order to reserve your stay we require 50% up front and the 50% balance is due 30 days prior to the check in date.  At that time guests will receive a Booking Confirmation with gate and access codes. 

  • A signed rental agreement must be on file.  No dates are considered reserved until a signed rental agreement is received.

  • Violations of the rental policies, occupancy, pet and house rules will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund of any kind and a forfeiture of the rental deposit.

 

 

Check Out  Procedures

​

  • Unit should be generally cleaned.

  • Remove all items from the refrigerator.

  • Empty all trash and take it to the dumpsters at the end of the garages.

  • Start the dishwasher on the "Normal" cycle.

  • Strip bed linens.

  • Start a load of laundry.

  • Return the grill to the outdoor closet.

  • Turn off all lights and thermostat.

  • Lock the front door.

Cancelation Policy

​

100% if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date.

50% if cancelled 29-14 days prior to the Check-in Date.

No refund for cancellations 13 days or less prior to check in.
